Alpha Kappa Psi was founded at New York University in 1904. Today, it is among the twenty largest national college fraternities with more than 170,000 members. Chapters are located on more than three-fourths of the nation's top 50 business schools (U.S. News and World Report). Members have the incredible opportunity to put their business education into action through management of Alpha Kappa Psi chapters. Through strong relationships with the business community, Alpha Kappa Psi is a powerful addition to any résumé and is open to all business majors and minors.
Our chapter(Beta Phi) was initiated on May 1, 1949 and has inducted almost 1,200 members. Currently our chapter has 53 members and pledges. We hold a variety of professional, social and service events throughout the year. The professional activities, such as speakers, tours of corporations and etiquette dinners, are a great way to learn more about the business world and network. Our social events, such as fall formal, ice cream socials, initiation dinners and hockey games are tons of fun and a great way to bond with your brothers.
